This policy explains what information Kalvi Studio (operated by MamThea LLC) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored only in a securely hashed form).
- Booking and payment information: the classes you book and what you paid. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never receive your full card number.
- Class participation: live classes run over video. Live classes are not recorded by Kalvi Studio. Teachers may publish separately recorded course lessons.
- Messages and content: messages, reviews, and artwork you choose to share on the platform.
- Technical information: basic logs (such as IP address and browser type) used to keep the service secure and working.
How we use it
To run your account, schedule and deliver classes, process payments and teacher payouts, send service emails (such as booking confirmations and password resets), prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the service, under their own privacy commitments: payments (Stripe), live video (LiveKit), hosting and storage (Railway, Vercel, Cloudflare), and email delivery (Resend).
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in securely. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Children
Children under 13 may not create an account. Users aged 13–17 should use Kalvi Studio with a parent or guardian's involvement. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Data is encrypted in transit, and passwords are stored only as secure hashes.
Your choices
You can update your account details at any time, and you can ask us to access or delete your personal information by emailing support@kalvistudio.com.

We'll post any updates on this page and update the date above. For material changes, we'll also notify you by email.
