Terms of Service

Kalvi Studio ("Kalvi Studio", "we", "us") is an online marketplace operated by MamThea LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. It connects students with independent teachers who offer live and recorded art and drawing classes. By creating an account or using kalvistudio.com, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. Users under 18 may use Kalvi Studio only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, and children under 13 may not create an account.

2. Classes and teachers

Teachers are independent and are responsible for the content and delivery of their classes. Kalvi Studio provides the platform, scheduling, video, and payment tools, and may review or remove content or accounts that break these Terms.

3. Payments

Prices are shown before you book. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Kalvi Studio retains a service fee from each booking and pays the remainder to the teacher.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Be respectful. Don't harass anyone, share content you don't have rights to, record live classes without permission, attempt to take payments outside the platform, or interfere with the service.

6. Content and intellectual property

Teachers keep ownership of their class materials. You may use class content for your own personal learning only. You keep ownership of artwork you create and share, and grant us permission to display it on the platform where you choose to share it.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kalvi Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or on the site before they take effect.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA.
